We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll thrive in our early-stage startup environment, where flexibility, adaptability, and initiative are key. Job responsibilities
• Take ownership of full-stack features from conception to deployment, driving key product areas.
• Work across both backend (Java Spring Boot) and frontend (React/TypeScript), contributing to all parts of our platform.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through rigorous testing, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into functional and intuitive software solutions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and continuously seek ways to improve the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide accurate time estimates for development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot for backend development and React/TypeScript for frontend.
• A passion for building intuitive, customer-focused solutions with a deep understanding of both UI/UX and backend performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.
