• Own and contribute to key product areas, driving projects from inception to deployment.
• Gain deep knowledge of our backend stack (Java Spring Boot) and collaborate with our front-end team using React/TypeScript.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring it meets quality standards through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help the team continuously improve.
• Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and work to implement those improvements.
• Estimate and plan development efforts for projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• A deep focus on testing, stability, and performance to ensure our platform remains rock-solid for our users.
