As we scale, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help shape the next phase of our growth. Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Archy’s growth marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns that blend organic, paid, and partnership-driven strategies.
  • Own social media and content marketing – Build Archy’s presence and voice through engaging posts, videos, blogs.
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels – Implement and refine strategies for paid search, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Experiment and iterate – Run A/B tests, analyze data, and refine campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Manage events and partnerships – Drive awareness through industry events, collaborations, and sponsorships.
  • Measure and report on performance – Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, maximize ROI, and drive decision-making.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand gen.
  • A mix of creative and analytical thinking—able to brainstorm bold ideas and back them up with data.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing, and paid digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech (healthcare/dental industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, work cross-functionally, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
