We’re forming a brand-new team to take over the onboarding domain of the company. The onboarding domain consists of the current, highly-technical, manual processes needed to onboard customers, as well as the design and implementation of a cutting-edge automation platform to scale those processes into the future. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who’s excited to own the domain, shape the team, and lead this ambitious project. Job responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Domain: Take full responsibility for the vision, strategy, and execution of our automation platform.
  • Own the Process: Take full responsibility for running the process. This means ensuring that you and the team know the manual steps inside and out so that their automation will be flawless.
  • Build and Lead the Team: Help hire, onboard, and grow a team of top-notch engineers. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Break Down and Assign Tasks: Translate high-level goals into clear, actionable tasks for your team.
  • Deliver Results: Ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time, with exceptional communication and attention to detail.
  • Plan Strategically: Develop and manage roadmaps for weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables to keep the team aligned and focused.
  • Write Code: Contribute directly to the development of the automation platform alongside your team.
