We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature in Archy: Lab Case Tracking. Designed to transform how you track lab cases at your practice, this feature replaces cumbersome paper binders and manual tracking with a seamless digital workflow. Enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction as you shift from lost order forms and paper records to a streamlined, organized lab case tracking system in Archy.

Tracking Lab Cases in Archy

Lab Case Tracking in Archy is a practical addition to your dental practice’s software toolkit. Here’s what this new feature has to offer:

  • Track Lab Cases Efficiently: From the moment a lab case is sent until it’s received and ready for the patient, keep detailed track of its status.
  • Organized Lab Management: Easily add your preferred labs into the system, including their order forms and contact details for quick access.
  • Improved Planning: Add case time estimates to optimize scheduling and ensure patients don’t arrive before their labs are received.

Seamless Integration into Daily Routines

We’ve carefully designed the Lab Case Tracking Feature to integrate effortlessly into your everyday routines, helping you stay on top of lab case statuses and never miss crucial details:

  • At-a-Glance Status Updates: Quickly view and update the status of lab cases during your team huddles, seeing the status of lab cases for today, tomorrow, and the week. Stay informed and ensure everyone on your team is on the same page.
  • Visibility on the Schedule: View the lab case status for an appointment directly from the schedule,  ensuring that you’re prepared for upcoming appointments and that patients don’t come in before their lab cases are ready.
  • Lab Cases Auto-Attach to Upcoming Appointments: Lab cases assigned to a procedure for a patient will automatically be attached to the appointment when that procedure is scheduled.
